Article 1 – General
- Alfa-Zet Systems complies with the anti-spam provisions from Book XII of the Economic Law Code regarding the "right of the electronic economy".
- Alfa-Zet Systems also complies with European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 concerning the protection of personal data through this Privacy Policy.
- The data controller for your personal data is Alfa-Zet Systems. A declaration has been made to the Commission for the Protection of Personal Privacy regarding the processing of your personal data.
Article 2 – Personal Data
2.1. Personal data that you provide to us:
- Category 1: without registration: your IP address;
- Category 2: filling in forms or placing an order without registration: all fields in the form, as well as your IP address;
- Category 3: upon registration: all fields in the form, as well as your IP address and password;
- Category 4: via cookies.
2.2. Alfa-Zet Systems can collect data from you (Personal Data) in various ways:
a. through the use of cookies (see below);
b. during your registration and use of the Website;
2.3. The Website also uses cookies that collect a number of personal data. For the provisions regarding the use of cookies, see article 8.
Article 3 – Purposes of Processing
3.1. General purposes:
Alfa-Zet Systems will use the Personal Data collected from you exclusively for the following purposes:
- Category 1: maintaining and improving this Website and including Personal Data in anonymous statistics, from which the identity of specific persons or companies cannot be determined, with the legal basis being the legitimate interests of Alfa-Zet Systems to continuously improve its Website and services;
- Category 2: managing your account on this Website with a view to using our Alfa-Zet Systems and website, with the legal basis being the performance of a contract requested by you, and, if indicated by you, also sending direct marketing, with the legal basis being your explicit, prior consent;

The personal data are kept and processed by us for a period that is necessary in function of the purposes of processing and in function of the contractual relationship between Alfa-Zet Systems and you.

You have the right to take note of your personal data free of charge at any time, as well as the use we make of your personal data.
5.2. Right of rectification, deletion and limitation:
You are free to disclose or not disclose your personal data to Alfa-Zet Systems. In addition, you always have the right to request us to correct, supplement or delete your personal data. You acknowledge that refusing to disclose or requesting deletion of personal data makes certain services and products unavailable.
You may also ask to limit the processing of your Personal Data.
5.3. Right of objection:
You also have a right of objection to the processing of your personal data for serious and legitimate reasons.
In addition, you always have the right to object to the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes; in such a case, you do not need to give reasons.
5.4. Right to data portability:
You have the right to obtain your Personal Data processed by us in a structured, common and machine-readable form and/or to transfer them to other controllers.

This does not affect an action before a civil court.
If you would suffer damage as a result of the processing of your personal data, you can bring an action for damages.
Article 6 – Security and Confidentiality
