Big data

Big data

"Big data" means the management, processing and analysis of large data files. In detail it is about recording data, data storage, data analysis, search, sharing, transferring, visualizing, retrieving, updating, information privacy and data sources. Big data was originally associated with three key concepts: volume, variety and speed. When we deal with big data, we do not take a sample, but we observe and follow what happens. That's why big data often includes data that is larger than the capacity of traditional, conventional software to process within an acceptable time and value. The following areas of expertise are essential within big data: predictive analyses, analyses of user behaviour or certain other advanced methods for data analysis that extract value from data. This analysis of big data can be important to detect certain trends or to draw certain conclusions from user data or offer from the retailer or company. In this way you as a company can take the necessary steps to better tailor the offer to the current wishes of your consumer and the trends within your domain.
